Terms of Sale - Returns/Warranty Work
All shipping charges, duties and
taxes (if any), are the sole responsibility of the recipient and not Despatch
Junction, Inc. Any refused shipments that get returned to Despatch Junction,
Inc. will be billed for all of these fees going and coming.
Returns will only be accepted within the first 15
days of the receipt of merchandise. All returns will be subject to a 10%
restocking fee. Returns exchanged for new merchandise or a store credit will not
be charged a restocking fee. S/H is not refundable. All returns must be in the
original package in original condition and must include all the original manuals
and paperwork, etc. No exceptions please.
The customer is responsible for all shipping
charges on returns. We cannot accept any postage dues, COD's and no shipping
credits will be issued. Please pack the merchandise safely so it reaches us in
the same condition it reached you. Upon receiving your AUTHORIZED return, your
account will be credited back the purchase price minus the restocking fee if
applicable. S/H will not be refunded. If you need warranty work or a
replacement, please contact the manufacturer. We will gladly help you get

Shipping:
Despatch Junction uses Federal Express as its
shipping service. Although most of our items are shipped via Federal
Express, we do use the United States Postal Service for some shipments.
As many online merchants who offer FREE SHIPPING
hide their shipping costs within the price of their items, we strive to provide
a balance between shipping and item cost. Currently, our shipping charges
are as follows:

$.01 - $100.00 - $7.50 FLAT
$101.00 - 150.00 - 8.50 FLAT
$151.00 - $250.00 - 10.50 FLAT
$251.00 and up - $20.00 FLAT
